Our Patent Attorneys assist development departments, managers and private inventors in connection with patenting and assessment of risk and handling of conflicts.

We have Norway’s only registered US Patent Attorney, which offers us the opportunity of handling cases directly with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Altogether, we have 17 registered European Patent Attorneys in Onsagers AS and in our subsidiary company Onsagers Ltd. in London, which assist our clients with respect to intellectual property rights in Europe.
